The real test of trustworthiness of a business is when something goes wrong. How do they act then? Do they fix the mistake or do they make excuses and try to railroad you into accepting the error, or try and make you pay more? Due to human error the wrong heat pump unit was installed at my place, an STPR instead of an RE. Glower immediately acknowledged the issue and replaced the unit within 2 days, and bore all expenses involved, which would have been significant. This says they have integrity, stand by their word and and value their reputation more than a quick buck. Exactly the kind of business I want to deal with.
